Ben and Sophia both have fond memories of casual fish fry restaurants growing up, places where licking your fingers after eating a delicious and non pretentious meal is encouraged. It was their dream to bring such a place to life in Coupeville, and here we are! Osprey is the lighter side to Oystercatcher, it’s silly little sister that takes itself less seriously and focuses more on bringing the summery, fun vibes all year round.
